Los Angeles is a big city with many, many smaller neighborhoods. jennifer grew up in westchester/playa del rey area, servicing the lax communities for decades. however, now her focus is mainly in south torrance, redondo beach and pv as her family has all moved south. she loves the south bay and prefers its neighborhoods over those of la. it feels safer, more community and kid friendly, and prices are a bit more affordable. redondo beach specifically has her heart, and she has helped dozens of families relocate there. it’s full of life and it is a very vibrant city with so much to offer, including the beautiful pacific ocean., many amazing clean and safe parks, farmers markets and world class restaurants.
