Jennifer has been a licensed Realtor for over 22 years and has assisted many individuals and families with their real estate needs. Whether buying, selling, or renting, she focuses on her clients' personal goals. Helping people is her priority, not making money. She views real estate as a way of life and is passionate about homes in all their forms, from traditional houses to unique locations.
Her mother, Kim Williamson, started their family business in the early 80s, building a strong real estate portfolio. Although retired, her mom, Kim, still has a hand in things and often is showing property or attending inspections for Jennifer- along with being grandma and watching to kiddos. In addition, Jennifer’s father, John Williamson, owns JWC Construction- so Jennifer grew up learning about construction down to the very studs and nails. This background makes home building and selling second nature to her. After graduating from Cal State University Long Beach in 2005 with a counseling degree and a master's in Spiritual Psychology from USM in 2014- Jennifer joined the family business and continues to lead her team with passion and enthusiasm. Jennifer loves to cook, go on family bike rides at the beach and splits half her time at her family’s country home in Idaho wine country.
